All regular guided tours are in German only. For announced groups are English guided tours possible. For single visitors are currently information-sheets in 7 different languages available: English, French, Italian, Spanish, Hungarian, Slovenian and Russian.
Castle Museum: daily 10:00 a.m., 12:30 p.m and 03:00 p.m
Witches Museum: daily 11:00 a.m. and 01:30 p.m

It is, of course, also possible, to visit the castle without a guided tour.
